Locations
The Exam Schedule lists the locations where DEP conducts operator qualification exams. Exam pages for each exam are available for additional guidelines, conditions and guidelines and exam material. Students should therefore consult their instructors to confirm the correct date and time of their exam. Students should be sure to print out the official list and bring it to their exams.
Students must also familiarize themselves with the guidelines and terms of the exam, in addition to the exam schedule. They are available on the page for each exam. Students acknowledge they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of registration.
Exam locations make every effort to accommodate students who have special needs. The nature and extent of these needs must be declared on the registration and confirmed by a physician's attestation. Additionally the exam sites must be kept confidential.
If a student is scheduled to take three tests on the same day, they should contact their department or instructor to schedule a retake test. It is possible to take three exams on the same day. However, this can lead to a high level of stress and affect the quality. In addition, the professor may not be able to give a makeup exam on another day.
